Foo fighters
Awesome day/night, I loved the sunshine, Al wasn't too keen, Jake was indifferent. I'd did not however like the bloody greenfly invasion, I think everyone was agreed on that point.
Tame Impala were very relaxing to listen to in the sun.
Death Cab for Cutie were also pretty relaxing
Biffy Clyro were their usual brilliant selves.
Foo Fighters were beyond awesome and exceeded my expectations by 100%.
We left a bit earlier and completely managed to miss any of the traffic jams, the crowd was 65,000 and it was estimated that 50% were in cars, I dread to think how long it would take to get out of there at the end.

Jake's cracking comments
Sunday morning
Me: "Jake there's a page on Facebook for a cat that's trying to get a 1000 followers so he can get a free vet appointment"
Jake: "a cat has a Facebook page?"
Me: "yep"
Jake: "but how does he type?"
Sunday night....
Britain's got talent, young lad from Liverpool came on doing a ventriloquist act.
Jake: "can he get the doll back out I want to see him talk"
Al: "Jake it's a ventriloquist act, the boy is talking"
Jake: "but he didn't move his mouth"

What a weird day!
Today I collected little'un from school as normal when walking back a Dalmatian puppy was on the loose. One of the mum's grabbed him by the collar and said what can we do? Somehow she managed to go home and myself and my son's friends dad ended up with said dog. I got some rope from garage and we had a lead, next what to do? Phone vets - yes bonus they said bring him up and we'll see if he has a microchip. Dog in van - went to vets - microchip installed - sorted!
Van window - during this time put window down too far, couldn't get it back up (motor problem), had to take out door panel to resolve, another thing sorted! Door panel going back on, bit of a panic over couldn't open or lock door anymore, but again sorted.
Right time to go out, husband shouts why have you got a dog in the garden? Thinking it was a piss take just laughed, then realised there was indeed a very large old Labrador in the garden, phones owner from number on collar, went to get rope number 2 of the day, got back to garden dog was gone. In and out of our garden is a tiny gap half the width of the dog, this dog should now change her name from Tia to Steve McQueen!!
That's it odd day and some very pisses off cats in our house.
